Wasn't me, it was MistaT. 🙂
But they are bloody brilliant imo.
Apologies, MistaT. It's a top track. 🙂
No worries.
Loving them too because my dad was such a big Springsteen fan. Lot of good memories listening to them with him, and now I'm shipping him the War on Drugs CD.
Full circle.
Niiiiice!
Yeah, I got into the Boss through my dad too. However, as I don't speak to him anymore, I doubt I'll be sending him this CD.
Albums I liked from 2014 were RTJ2, Owen Pallets, Conor Obersts, St. Vincent, Ryan Adams, Perfume Genius and DFA1979s.
I'm a big Housmartins fan, and Beautiful South too. Paul Heaton is a bit of genius.
I find both a bit hit and miss but I agree with you fully on the genius part.
you guys listen to alt-j, right? thought their newest was quite good. left hand free is a jam
Burnsy you'll love this

Surprised that Physical World didn't feature in more album of the year lists. Thought it was a superb comeback. Seeing them for the first time on their next tour over here.
I seen them touring their first album, they were fucking electric even in front of a shitty crowd in the smallest tent at a festival.

Housemartins eh.
Takes me down memory lane.
You can add "From Scotland with Love" by King Creosote to my albums of 2014.
Add it yourself. 😛
Why should I? You're a moderator, what are you paid for anyway?
