Independent reporting it now, but most sources say only Sterling is interested to join us not Aguero.

Apparently City wanted only cash deal, but we demanded Sterling / Aguero instead.

I don't think we'd pull up any trees in the immediate term but this would constitute a non-disastrous start to a rebuilding effort that will take multiple years.

As long as Wenger is here, it doesn't really matter if we get Aguero or not. Might as well try to bring in a few young players that will still be here when Wenger is gone.

Two days left in the window, I'll be amazed if more than two deals get done in the time. Probably shunt a bunch of our underperformers off on poor loan deals where we're still covering half their wages.

Evans looks good in a Pulis team. I bet he'd be as much of a floundering mess at Arsenal as Mustafi has often been.

Pursuing Jonny Evans is essentially revealing how st our scouting is. We honestly couldn't find a better defender in any of the top 10 leagues across Europe and South America for 30M than a Y*ted reject? Shame on Wenger and shame on the scouting team at the club.

Yup. Can't get excited at all even if there is a lot of activity. We simply have too much change required to get to where we want to be. All these late move won't be by design and we'll be lucky to come out of it any better than we currently are.

What has Evans proved at WBA that we didn't already know? He is perfectly acceptable, maybe a Cahill-lite but this is not an intelligent move.

Aguero to us is laughable, he'd have no chance turning us down with other offers.

I'd rather us work out what formation we are going to work best in and getting the right players for that. Ozil will be gone in shirt while so.why bend the team around him anymore?

We lack goal threat, discipline and physical presence. Burnley, Everton, West Brom and the likes will beat us regularly

Hilarious isn't it. We look nailed on to have an absolutely disastrous season, I'd just about be reluctant to take a contract at Arsenal myself at the moment.
