An absolute disgrace.

The fact he signed on, and then produced this type of window? 😆

To be honest, this is shocking even by Arsenal/Wenger standards, and then leaving Ozil and Sanchez situations as they are?

Let us just wait until the end of the 31st before we unleash our full and uncensored fury at Wenger and the Club.

Nah - that should happen regardless of how the next 4 days go and regardless of how the season goes. Even if we win the Double (and the EL), I would want Wenger to use that as a platform to leave on a high and not pollute this club any more.

the nuts Asensio rumour still not dead lol

Rumours we're in for Draxler, would be awesome if old Weng could pull it off.

AS Monaco, after much deliberating, have decided to categorically refuse to sell Fabinho to PSG, according to RMC

RMC/SFR Sport: The departure of Fabinho from AS Monaco this window is possible, but to a different club

wenger pls

Drax for Ox would be a good trade.

Nobody of note wants to sign for us

If I was a Monaco player, I'd rather stay at Monaco than join Arsenal at this moment in time.

Rumours City will offer Raheem Sterling as part of an offer for Alexis

I'd take that in an instant.

Would love to see a wide man who can run at defenders and get them on the back foot

I'd take it too. Sterling is 22 and it'd feed into what we were saying yesterday about building around young talents.

Yeah, I will bite their hands off for it.

If I was Wenger I would probably push for 2 players and no money deal. Sane + Sterling or Aguero + Sterling.

For me any swap deal should involve Aguero (who grantees you around 30 goals a season, will basically replace Alexis' goals).

We lack reliable goalscorers of high calibre

The biggest reason for not selling Sanchez was the lack of a replacement but City are giving us one. Take the money and build a young team.

if it was sane i'd bite their hand off

i have an irrational dislike of sterling and he's the perfect candidate to fall into bad habits at arsenal

You reckon Agüero is curious about Europa League?

Murmurs there will be a major culling before the window closes. Something drastic had to happen and looks like it might, but we're most likely going to come out of it a far weaker team

The last 4 years have been an absolute riotous shambles

Sell everyone to avoid getting rid of one man. That being said I'm not opposed to it. I'll take some new shiny toys as a distraction at this point.

The most frustrating thing is that there have been so many opportunities during those four years to build something lasting and exciting. City had massive issues and had to rebuild. United crumbled. Chelsea imploded. And we've lacked both the ambition and the foresight to capitalise from any off it. Everyone else slowly learn from their mistakes while we keep repeating ours.

I'm going to lose it completely if all we get for Sanchez is Sterling and a little bag of coins, especially two days before the window closes. Sell one Ox, sign another?

guardian now reporting sterling deal
