I wasn't comparing them in any way or form, I pretty explicitly said that the Spanish teams are at the forefront at the beginning of my sentence. The whole point of my post was to highlight that the issue has to be tackled as a whole if you want to succeed in stopping clubs like Real proposing "tax planning products" (you probably know the terms better than I do) to their clients instead of punishing selected offenders
