It seems he's torn about where to go next?

Or torn that PSG isn't offering him enough money?
Would actually be fuming if we're not in for him now.
Looks like he's gone to PSG for 36m euros.
Yeah don't worry we won't be signing anyone in January
I think it's a big mistake from us to not get in on Draxler. James's agent was obtaining a UK work permit for him the other day with Chelsea as the rumoured destination. We're not going to compete for him if he moves to England. We need a player though, and Draxler fits the kind of talent we have in mind.
Draxler is a nothing player at the moment, I'm glad we aren't signing him. He'll probably coast at PSG and people will act like we missed out but I don't think he'd be a success in the PL, he's just not good enough.
Score one for internal improvements.
Draxler is getting 190k p/w allegedly, bit ridiculous for his current ability. No wonder we're not in for him, no point trying to compete with that.
Would be great to get Emil Forsberg in January
Tevez moving to Shanghai too. We could have done with him.
Not at £615k a week we couldn't
Lol
Wolfsburg have confirmed Julian Draxler will join Paris Saint-Germain when the transfer window opens.
Oh well ...
Apparently there are a few clubs interested in Gibbs - good time to sell and get an upgrade to Nacho.
Recon a top notch left back would lift us
I don't feel the difference in quality between Gibbs and Monreal is very telling at all these days; I couldn't even fairly say who is better today. So, I think I'd rather keep Gibbs, who is an Arsenal boy, and upgrade on Nacho who is a bit older to boot.
The difference between them is smaller because Monreal has regressed though, not because Gibbs has magically improved tenfold.
I'm not too fussed over which leftback we sell, but I think Monreal still has a lot more good performances in him across a season. There's also the risk that Wenger decides to just hand the position to Gibbs if Monreal goes, like he did last time, in which case we'll end up paying for it for the next two years.
Pity we don't have a Bellerin to come through at LB. Ideally I'd rather we keep Gibbs and buy a new first choice but I get the feeling at this stage its unlikely Gibbs is going to stay to play second fiddle to a new guy.
Liverpool want Chambo
he'd fit well in their system if he can up his pressing & defensive workrate
