Wenger said Coq, Jenko and Gabriel are the three options for right back. I'd be tempted to go with Le Coq, I think he's the most experienced and reliable of the three. Jenko would probably be my last choice.

We've had some terrible refereeing decisions also but Wenger hasn't helped himself with his do same expect a different result approach. Fully expect a loss here. It would be the same predictable approach. Who is the ref anyway?

I wouldn't play Coquelin at right back under any circumstances. He's our best midfielder and we need his aggression like never before. It will be Xhaka and Coq in midfield. Would be good if we can throw Elneny in there too and surprise them. Mourinho will probably play Feilaini and use his aerial threat.

It's a risk to move him, granted. But United's midfield isn't all that aggressive and I'd like to see us play a more counter attacking game against them tomorrow, in which case Xhaka's passing from deep and Aaron's supporting runs could come in handy.

If Bellerin was out for just a game I'd be tempted to play Coquelin at right back as well but given we'll be without our first choice RB for a month it'd probably be better to give Jenkinson some minutes. Back when he had some promise it always used to take him a couple of games to find some form, also Coq at RB would only mean a higher risk of injury to our midfielders since we're fielding one more

I think our possession game will collapse with a Ramsey - Xhaka pairing. We won't even be able to counter attack effectively.

I hope Wenger has something up his sleeve because his presence severely weakens us, especially considering how we rely on our fullbacks to initiate attacks. It will be interesting to see who we keep back during corners as Bellerin's speed has bailed as out countless times.

I wonder if Gabriel might possibly be an option? I know he occasionally played as a fullback in Spain. Maybe he's better out there than in the centre. I can't see him feature against United but it might be worth entertaining the idea between now and Christmas. I just don't see how we're going to carry Jenkinson for the next month. He's pretty much the worst we've got. I still remember that time he left Michu with half the field free because he couldn't pass back to the keeper with his weaker foot. Non-league stuff.

I'll welcome Gabby at right back. He's thick as shit but quick and strong in the tackle. Jenks just looks like fish out of water.

Tactics

I think you guys are exaggerating , Jenks is poor on the ball (the reason why he probably won't make it here) but he's very difficult to beat 1 v 1, and isn't an Eboue when it comes to positional awareness, overall he's pretty decent without the ball. We could mask his weakness by telling him to stay back 90% of the time, I'd have our back four + Coq stay back most of the time anyway. We should attack them with at most 4-5 players, it's imperative we keep enough men behind the ball at all times, the onus is on them to attack us. Defend set pieces well and don't let them counter us and Mourinho will look clueless. He has routinely got the better of Wenger by doing us on the counter or on set pieces. Jenk's height is a bonus.

Playing Jenks vs the bus parkers is a handicap, not against a team we shouldn't take the game to.

Pushing fullbacks forward is part and parcel of our game. You can't keep Jenks back 90% of the time and neither could you polish a turd. It won't happen and half of the ideas being thrown out by people is looking to set a precedent. We won't keep men back half of the time. We will attack in numbers with freedom when the opportunity presents itself and pay any price we have to pay. We are not the tactically compact well oiled outfit to deploy these conservative tactics.

Remember our win vs City away, we sat deep, compact and played on the break. We have employed similar tactics vs Bayern.

We'vé played with less adventurous full backs in the past when the 4th place trophy was under threat, the 2nd half of the 2011/2012 season comes to mind. Even Ramsey who played alongside Arteta hardly crossed the half way line. Wenger just favours attacking football but he can be negative when he has to.
