I've watched Hulk play 8 times against english opposition over the last 3 years, and every single time he's been appalling. No interest in that guy, or Falcao either.

Falcao, I'm not sure about. Guess he wouldn't fit in our current formation too well.

Do you think having the qualifiers next season will mean we do our business in the transfer market early or do you think it will hinder and disturb us?

My theory is that wenger doesn't like to make signings until after he has seen the players returning from the holidays so reckon it will be a looooong summer of frustration and anger.

My number one wish this summer is for a fan-fucking-tastic defensive midfielder. Someone with good experience at the top level, a good quick passer, quick, athletic, good in the air, strong, disciplined, tactically astute, a leader and an organiser - any ideas? 🙂

Whatever happened to Mahamadou Diarra? He went to Real and then disappeared off the face of the planet. He was some player a few years ago.

ETA - Just read his wiki page, he's been on loan at Monaco for the last 6 months and failed to break into the first team. Heh.

Lyon probably won't make champs league next season so there could be an opportunity there.

ivw wanted toulalan for a few years now. he'd take straight over from song (which in my eyes is a very good thing) has a better defensive mind, and most importantly, enjoys defending, which is something that none of our midfielders seem to have. id pay up to £20 million for him as he'd improve our side massively!

He's playing almost exclusively as a centreback nowadays though, isn't he? Would be a very interesting target otherwise.

Toulalan just signed a new contract not too long ago. Impossible. I would think Toulalan, De Rossi, Inler, Cambiasso, Yaya Toure all fits Ricky's description 😉
