Only watched a bit of the game versus getafe but he looked lively as ever. Worked the left channel a fair bit. Class inteligent striker and he'd certainly take some of the burden from rvp

As much as i like De Rossi, he really is an idiot sometimes. Just got sent off for an elbow for Roma.

He'd probably get sent off regularly in the PL.

I'm happy with Robin, but if you mean as his back-up, not sure to be honest. What I do know is Rossi will cost £30M+, and I don't think he's even close to being worth it, and as I said above, for me, he doesn't suit our system either.

We're not going to get Benzema, or anyone that expensive, as back-up to Robin. It's not going to happen. If you can think of someone similar-ish to Robin, who's happy to sit on the bench, and won't cost the earth - then I'm all for it.

Benzema could play any of the front three roles when Robin is fit.

Ricky, I don't think people are looking fora Robin replacement. We are looking for a starter who can play next to him, and then down the middle when Robin takes his annual leave

I don´t get why people think Benzema could play as a wide forward for us. What evidence is there that Benzema would play defense even to Arshavin standard? He always strikes me as quite lazy.
