What with the change of title?

Lol. Just hoping Silent Stan's reads this thread, and feels the need to prove us wrong.

If he could pass a stringent medical.

Over the hill.

Drogba

Would love that. He loves Arsenal, too!

(Obviously never going to happen)

He'd give us power and he's a bit of a wounded beast. Come here and win us the champs league!

Ricky bet you'd love this for incomings this summer

drogba
van bommel
neymar or hazard
coentrao

The additional benefit of having Drogba on boardnis thatnhe would no longer terrorize our defenders.

Who wouldn't tbh?

I'd be pissed with coentrao and van bommel.

van Bommel's a dirty bastard, but he was still doing a good job as a sitting midfielder at the World Cup last year (don't now how he has done since).

Gibbs is my choice at left back, but Coentrao does look very good from the little I've seen. So wouldn't be gutted with him coming in. Don't you rate him?

Let's drop Neymar talk. He's in the spotlight too much for us to think about getting him. He will certainly attract serious attention from clubs that are either wealthier or more glamorous than us. Would just rekindle the pain of the Baptista / Robinho episode that marked the beginning of the end for us.
It's like me having a go at Beyonce, although Culkin's success with Kunis does offer hope. 😉

If we signed Neymar he'd be off to Madrid or Barcelona within 2 years.

Only really remember Coentrao from the world cup, and liked him there, but Van Bommel is so far off the pace of this league these days it'd be an embarrassment.

I'd happily take Hazard. He'll do for me.

If we don't sign a central defender and a striker, there's no point doing anything else.

What striker though?
Cannot believe United ended up with Hernandez for £6 million.

I could make a few suggestions, but it's up to Wenger to find one.

Plenty of options, really, when you think about it.

Cahill should be coming here, he's going to be available for less than £15M, and he's a very good player. Would give us a brilliant quartet to pick from at centreback. I will be far from happy if he ends up at Liverpool, or worse, Spurs. If City, Chelsea or United pay him the earth then perhaps I'll understand.

A striker has to come in if either Chamakh or Bendtner leave. Unless Emmanuel-Thomas is ready to make a huge step-up, but I hope Wenger isn't pinning is hopes on that.
