Depends, he's got a bit of the playmaker about him, but maybe not enough to play in the hole. Can't see him as a winger but stranger things have happened...

lewandowski looks much better than he did against us. thought he was very average then.

love kagawa's off the ball movement in that vid - he's excellent at being the third man running for a flick on or one touch combination, as he anticipates the passes from one teammate to another. great understanding of the game - he could totally be the japanese ljungberg.

Yeah Kagawa is really clever with his movement in the final third.

i like the bundesliga, but when judging players like lewandowski and kagawa it's always in the back of my mind that they didn't look all that good in the champions league and then start playing well when they get back to germany.

Lewandowski is rated 20m by Dortmund. Not worth it imo when you compare him with players like Giroud or Soldado.

Kagawa on the other hand is really interesting.

Not sure we really need two players from the first list.
a Gotze / Soldado coup would be enough for me. I would still like to see someone like Mvila or Montolivo come in and give us another option in the middle but with the emergence of Coq and the return of Wilshere, we might be fine in the middle

We have Coq Wilshere Arteta Frimpong Song Ramsey for the 2 CM spot + Lansbury coming back. I felt we still need an AM to compete with Rosicky hence I thought we could do with 2 from the top list.

kagawa was coming off a long injury layoff. he'd broken his foot or something. lewandowski only recently got good, apparently.

Robben is the super quality level you've always wanted, Kami.
If he and Robin are beefing though, it's definitely not worth it, particularly given Robben's injury situation

not in my opinion. very selfish player, doesn't make his teammates better. he's like sneijder, who i also don't rate.

I'm with Kami. Robben has exceptional ability, but he's not a great player.
