I wouldn't take the lot of them. In terms of real improvement to the team, it would come only from adding Gotze to either spell Wilshere or replace Walcott in starting 11.
Kagawa would be good depth but not a game changer from the Walcott/Gervinho situation. Hummels would be great as well, but I don't think he would be an enormous leap over Vermaelen/Mertasacker in the defense next to Koscielny. Dortmund is a good example of a team whose whole is greater than the sum of its parts. It's also critical to note that regardless of how much we celebrate Bundesliga, it's unlikely any of its teams could consistently win Prermier League as they are presently constituted.
