Two players who are very much reachable to arsenal and wouldnt cost much, are demba ba and junior hiolett to replace chamakh and arshavin.

I don't want Honda or any other merely decent player. I know they may improve even improve us slightly, but I'm firmly in line with Kami on this; we've got to buy top quality or it's just going to be a slippery slope. Why waste £12M on a player that really is nothing all that special?

Top quality don't want to join us. I would be happy enough with someone like Valbuena.

Valbuena would be a pointless signing for us, in my opinion. If you ever want us to win League again anyway. If you want top 4 then maybe spending £15M+ on Valbuena is the way to go.

it will be a miracle if we ever top quality again.
our best hope is to bring in a manager who attracts certain players.
low wages, no champions league. why would anyone in their right mind come, ricky? they might as well go to PSG or Juve.

Top quality doesn't necessarily mean a huge name. Vermaelen was top quality, Sagna etc. I've seen Honda and I know he's not that good.
