Is anyone who is very familiar with Borussia Monchengladbach able to say whether or not they would consider selling Reus in the winter. What is there target? Last season they were a relegation zone team and now they are rubbing shoulders with Bayern. Would they be tempted by a very big fee in the winter in the knowledge that they are relatively safe this season; or would they rather hold on and push for a European place?

I read that Reus has an £18 million buyout clause in his contract that will be activated in the summer. I suppose Mönchengladbach would be tempted to sell if someone offered them _£25 million in january. Not sure he's worth that kind of money though.

Of PL players who would he most resemble?
I see he's scored 10 goals in 14 Bundesliga games, that's noteworthy.

With Goetze, Reus, Hazard, Eriksen, Shakiri and possibly Neymar and Ganso on the market in the summer, I think we have a slight chance of picking up a young star attacking player. It would be indulgent of Barca to buy one, so that leaves Real (who must buy), United, Bayern, Citeh, Chelsea as the teams who might be more attractive than us that would reasonably be expected to bid. I think that, at worst, we should end up with an Eriksen or Shakiri.

Barcelona will buy a top attacking player in the summer. Guaranteed. Think they might sell David Villa though.

When I look at the Barca and the David Villa situation, I wonder if they would want:
1) a clinical striker who links up better with the team behind him. The guy I would most expect them to look at would be RvP
Or,
2) if they just want to have even more midgets running around, and just promote from within or bring in Neymar.

I mostly think they want someone of similar quality who doesn't clash with Messi. The midget is running that club.

I think Barcelona's number 1 target is Neymar. If that falls through i think they'll be looking at all the usual suspects; Goetze, Hazard, Rossi and probably RVP depending on the contract situation.

I don't think the team would benefit as much from neymar who wont add much in the way of work ethic. Neymar isn't as good as arshavin when he first arrived.

Don't feel neymar is built for the premiership
