He makes this team tick. Imo our most important player and whenever we play good football he's often at the center of it.
Ironically the closest thing we have to a player like him is currently turning out for Bournemouth.
He's not our most important player as such, but he's an irreplaceable factor in facilitating our game (and making our most important players what they are). In that sense, yes, he's something like our key player.
but the crucial difference is - it's more likely you can replace the faculties of an enabling unit than the excellent unit. more likely, in other words, that we could find the Cazorla effect replacement than either of Alexis or Ozil.
