Liverpool in for him now , saw it in my facebook feed.
Liverpool has no interest in another CB this window. This is clearly fed to the media, by Valencia.
They have sold Skrtel and Sakho isnt flavour of the month. They definitely need another CB
Liverpool now in for this guy.
Edit: to slow...
His father claims there's more than one club in for him (for what it's worth). At this point, just show Valencia 30m or 35m euros and get it over with...
I think we can forget about this transfer.

They have bought Matip and Klavan, plus they have Lovren and Sakho - they are fine.

Look at the names you just listed.. are they really fine?
Well, fine, lets see if they will buy Mustafi then
We will end up with a burnley defender.
Valencia have been holding out for closer to £30million for Mustafi but negotiations are still ongoing and the Gunners' hand appears to have been weakened after their director of football admitted they are struggling to meet Financial Fair Play.
Valencia chief Garcia Pitarch said: “We’re above the FFP guidelines, that’s the reality, and as of today, the four players we’ve signed cannot be registered, meaning we need to reduce the cost in a significant manner to register the players and sign a centre-back, which is a priority in case one of the ones at our club leaves."

Their director of football "admitted" eh … I'm sure it really had to be choked out of him that they just "couldn't accept" a low bid.
Blatantly obvious it's just a tactic to get us to cough up a bit more.
Fucking idiots in football journalism.

We are beyond a joke now.

we've been bobbing in this bullshit state for years, Gurgs. Wenger's chickens are roosting. a few folks saw this 5 or 6 years out. it was clear that we were not structured or organised to compete in the modern football world. it was evident then. all we are seeing now is the outcome of a decade of neglect.
You'd hardly need a crystal ball to see Wenger backing out of the market when he is quoted fees in excess of 30% over the previous summer. By the time he is happy paying £30m for a defender the prices will be £69m.
Actually I don't disagree with what Wenger says about the window. But his actions doesn't correlate with his words and that itself is mind boggling.
Just take a look at all the expensive flops around, most of them are being sold at no loss and a few of them even generated healthy profits. Benteke is another one being sold for the price that was bought despite his pathetic stint at Liverpool.
Still sounds like Valencia will sell at the right price.
Think we'll get this one over the line.
yea they'll sell on deadline day after we've already dropped 6 or 7 points in what might be an incredibly tight title race. awesome
