I am no Balague fan, but unlike Tancredi and a few others he is actually a journalist. Plus he is kinda viewed as representing the spanish view on most football/player related affairs. IMO if he says Valencia ready to sell for 30 million euros, it basically means Mustafi is available for that much to anyone or just encouraging Arsenal to bid that amount or near about.
