This sounds more like you've already just made up your mind though. My mate gives his players loads of abuse during matches (including Alex).
He scores lots and lots of goals and is highly rated by nearly everyone in France - probably including Deschamps himself. No he isn't Thierry Henry, but some of the comments in this thread are clearly from posters who haven't seen him play and aren't made wet by his name. He would be a good option to spell Giroud, and potentially a terrific option should we play with 2 up top - which we should be doing anyways. It makes no sense to put so much pressure on the '1' striker when there's nobody around to hack it anyways. Â
Is he a 40 million pound striker? I dunno - the market is crazy but it is what it is and nobody is going to give us a handout.Â
