As one of the few other UK residents active in this thread, how do you feel about your vote goon? I'm pretty underwhelmed. I'll probably vote Labour but then again I'm quite literally in their age, geographic and social demographic so I'm not really indicative of anything. I would have considered Lib Dems if they showed even a degree of integrity but from where I'm standing they're still more likely to prop up Tory policies (Brexit aside) than anyone else.

I'm pretty much in the same boat you are. Will probably vote Labour (though Labour has a 70% vote share in my constituency so it makes little difference), the Lib Dems seem like they will do just about anything to increase they're vote share and relevance. Not keen on this iteration of the Lib Dems at all, a lot more Tory than New Labour.
I think most in my office fall into the same bracket.
I think its also important to think about voter turnout. Turnout from the younger, middle income bracket that you may be referring to Mirth has been lower compared to the some of those Tory demographics. Not blowing anyones mind by saying this, but Labor and the Labor electorate needs to encourage maximum voter turnout among its support base or among those undecided. You know the Tory demographic will turn out to vote. Canvas your office, your cafe, your extended family.
Also: Not sure if this is legal but you could change your electoral register details to a different constituency where perhaps your family member resides if the single vote makes a more substantive difference.
