There's nothing to disagree with in that Ricky, just a matter of perspective I suppose.

From the other side it's true, I think, that Wenger's fixation on promoting strikers to the first team via the flanks has delayed the breakthrough of some players - Walcott being the classic example.

It may turn out better in the end for some, but for Vela it could result in him departing without ever making an impact. Fair to say that our near total abandonment of the use of two central strikers has changed the future of certain players, pretty much all our fringe strikers in fact.

Really though I'm just a bit jealous that Hernandez can pick a run and finish with the pace and intent that's required in the PL.

We play a system that we like, that suits us,

I don't like it I hate it and so far its produced nothing, and it only only suits us because Wenger has spent years acquiring the players to suit it and we still don't look like Barcelona.

Do we have a "talk to the hand" smiley for your moodier moments Biggus? 😃

Didn't watch the game, but it's a nice bonus for Wolves. They play good football, so happy for them.

If the crap invincibles are not invincible anymore, does that mean they're just crap now?

im glad they didnt get away with it anymore. too many close calls to be a coincidence...

They're away record is what? 3 wins, 1 loss and the rest draws?

Still think Wolves away is routine Tony? 😃

That gif is hilarious! 😆

Hope this is the start of a poor run for United. They do have some tricky fixtures coming up.

One of the best gifs ever 😆

Great way to see the unbeaten run ended.
Rio's out for a few weeks and Evans was useless today.
hopefully they'll hit some kind of losing streak now, unlikely maybe but so was losing to the team currently sitting at the bottom of the table.

Thank the lord. That's all I can say. Thank Fucking Christ! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Cheers.

The Crapvincibles are no more!
All hail the Invincibles! 😆

AC Milan went unbeaten in 1991-1992 and that was 58 games.

Steau Bucharest and Celtic have also done it.

But yup, the won and only in England!

Preston North End? Albeit far less games.

And also a completely different sport at that time. Although it could be argued it is even more impressive to not lose playing with 5 forwards and only 2 true defenders.

Well Celtic had only to avoid defeat by one team and anyone who scored against Steau were shot.
