Sounds like the reporter wasn't asking the right questions....

    Allegedly the Turkish Ornstein said we're going to make an offer for the guy. I don't really get it for the same reasons mentioned in the thread but he has the highest Fotmob rating in the Turkish league while playing as a fullback. That's somewhat interesting. He can also play left back or right back.

          Every time they pan to the bench next season:

          Nunez has deleted all references to Liverpool from his social media following a lot of abuse online. I know his finishing has been beyond awful but he's a one person chaos crew in terms of the pressure he puts on defenses with his pressing and work rate. Any interest if he would become available? I'm a big believer in his talent but it's always tough with strikers who are very streaky in their finishing. I'd argue he was one of the biggest reason Liverpool was in the hunt through Salah's absences (other than Van Dijk of course).

              Treaky finishing aside, he's someone who puts himself about and will get goals purely from the incessant running he does and the positions he finds himself in. Getting in those positions regularly whilst also pressing like mad isn't easy to do. I'd take him.

              I'd also be interested in lurking around Vitor Roque at Barcelona as it seems like he is very unsettled at the moment after coming over early in January 2024 and not getting many minutes. Supposedly, Xavi has frozen him out and doesn't even talk to him. He looks very promising and if we are sold on Havertz as the CF for next year, I'd love to have a younger, high-potential CF backing him up and getting some good experience. Could be worth a look and he has the same agent as Estevao, who looks to be the real deal.
