Given our financial bullshit, I think a sensible approach would be to go get two loans with an option to buy from Spain - Ceballos for midfield and Malcom for wing. And then I would complete Tierney.
Then a bit controversial, I would kill the Saliba deal and go after someone like Upamecano, Ndicka or Diallo who might be able to come immediately.
That gives us time to deal with the 4 musketeers as well
