I'd love Ünder too, and I think the actual price will be significantly less than €50 million. Serie A transfer fees aren't like Premier League fees.
Basically I think that Roma want to sell him. Their economy is still shoddy and they have a lot of attacking players. Ünder is an obvious asset with that in mind. He's talented enough to fetch a good price but he's not integral enough to hurt the team in a big way with his departure. The biggest sticking point in dealing with Roma is that they'll probably ask for most of the cash up front.
