I'd take Dembele obviously, but for the crazy money he'd cost once the loan became permanent, I'd throw the money at Dortmund for Sancho! Bring him home!
You think Dembele is frustrating because of his dodgy decision making but you'd throw 100m at Dortmund for Sancho?
I've been a fan of Sancho for more than 2 years now. Tracked him pretty closely through City and England. He's an incredible talent. For me, as big a talent as Dembele and personally more my style of player. I'm not seriously suggesting we're going to spend £100m on him though.
In terms of talent I'd sign Dembele in a heartbeat, dodgy decision making and close control happily accepted, he has the sort of potential that normally immediately rules us out of the running. If Mislintat, Aubameyang or who knows what means we have a chance then it's a no brainer.
I have to say I really really don't like the stories of unprofessionalism that have emerged from his time at Barcelona and been backed up by Deschamps. It wouldn't stop me signing him, but gives me concerns about him reaching his potential.
Jadon Sancho also refused to turn up to training for 6 weeks when he left City to force through his move; literally went back to London and stayed with his Mum and sulked until it got sorted, so there are huge question marks around his attitude too. Arsenal were also in for him when he left Watford but he went for the glamour and money of City, even at 14, so realistically I don't think he's coming here whilst there's clubs with more money in for him. Even if he and Nelson are legitimately best of friends:
