Liverpool are not attractive in any way, maybe Klopp could be enough to get one or two lower level Dortmund players, perhaps even Bundesliga players, but someone like Aubameyang would have to be completely out of other options.

And they're only back in the Champions League if they win their qualifier btw.

Not a chance they're more attractive than us to basically any top player.

Yup - Mbappe is a red herring, and if you are serious about signing him you don't then go to the likes of Lacazette or Turan as your plan B options as a means of making any statement to entice your players to stay.

AW needs to pull a rabbit out of the hat this transfer window both in terms of enticing Sanchez to stay AND to show that the next 2 seasons are not going to be anything other than more of the same BS.

Depends on if the player really wants out or not, and the contract is used to get good value on the transfer fee received.
If the player wants out then Bayern's statement is basically saying he will not be sold for a knock down price as he's not in his last 12 months.
That said I believe Lewandowski is as likely to depart Bayern as much as CR7 is likely to depart RM = not at all.

That would be fantastic. His distribution probably isn't as impressive as Pickford but his shot stopping is top notch.

No. We're a Europa League team, and they wouldn't be decent signings for us.

Edit: Barkley that is. Butland would be a good backup, but not something I'd prioritize.

Don't get what people have against Barkley. He's 23 with 150 Premier League games under his belt. One or two seasons with a good manager and he could step up a whole tier. He's not starting material but he's a perfect squad replacement for Chambo. Technically he's excellent, and as an added plus he's never injured either.
