There are quite a few people that said they heard them both say the guy in question was Reus at the end of the second Periscope thingy last night, when they didn't know the phone was still running. I only heard what I said about "if they knew the actual name they'd probably have a heart attack" but it was difficult to hear much of what was said. Maybe others without the tele on and on a PC or something would have heard it a lot better. Anyway, the first Periscope session they did is still up on Memzdogi's twitter but the second one, where this happened, is mysteriously missing, so can't check!

He mentioned Nani a month ago and Enes Unal to City 2 weeks ago.

Periscope link doesn't work for me but Reus is most likely staying put. Dortmund have just loaned out Immobile to Sevilla and said they're not looking to add, Reus is playing up front so far in pre-season under Tuchel.

The Url if you click it removes the 2 equals sign

If copy and pasting removes it for some reason then just put the 2 equals sign after Q.

Yep, it works with the equal signs. This is the first part though, it's the second part that has gone missing, that's where they supoosedly say Reus' name at the end when they think the stream has finished. The fact that they have removed it probably says that there is some truth to it being Reus.

Right. Story so far. This is what I got from digging through old tweets:

Late June: Ozcan informs Memz of an enquiry for a German-based 'world-class' player for over £20m.

Memz says that if Wenger pulls this off, no one can question the manager's ambitions.

Memz wonders where this player would fit as we're 'stacked in that area'. Wonders what will happen to Arteta and posts a pic of Arteta tackling Reus.

Also posts a message to Reus saying 'you'd look good in red and white.'

Memz says no deal as the selling team want 4oM Euros and Arsenal don't want to pay that. Memz goes on an anti-Wenger rant.

Last week: Ozcan posts 'transfer of the season' tweet. Memz assumes it's the player he already talked about.

Memz talks to Ozcan. Does a periscope - mentions it's an out-and-out CF who 'needs love.' Says bid was around 40m Euros.

Memz clarifies that there's two players being talked to - a principle target and back-up. One plays in the Bundesliga and is in his mid-twenties.

Last night: Ozcan says the deal is going well, clubs discussing installment payments. Good player, some may think he's average, but Arsenal only pay big money for good players (implication that it's an Ozil/Sanchez level signing).

As for Ozcan and his ITK status: The guy is an agent (and the media know him to be one) so he probably hears stuff on the grapevine. Doesn't make him right, though, and he knows bloody well the reaction his 'Utd hijack great deal' tweet would get, but didn't bother to clarify it. He also said Remy would be joining West Ham - not seen that happen.

Also still think Memz is throwing in a lot of red herrings. Geoff used to do the same thing - mentioned the 30m bid, then started posting links to Gotze's 30m release clause; mentioned the 40m German international and then posted links to Draxler.

It sounds like they're claiming that Cavani is the primary target and Reus is a possible backup. We can only hope that has a glimmer of correspondence with reality!

Memz is just an Arsenal fan who has had some business relations with Muzzy in the past and is now somehow convincing him to "speak on record" about some football agents stuff.
