Isn’t that basically the same value as our deal annually but longer? Seems a bit rubbish.
True especially as, unlike us, they are going to be challenging for major honours every year this coming decade. Not that the value is important to them as their bigger problem is how to spend the cash they already have within FFP regulations.
unless we turn into absolute shit, at a minimum we'll be signing a 5 year £500m contract in 2023 for the 24/25 season onwards. while city will have 5 more years to go and chelsea another 7.
