Maybe.

You'll have to put up with a whole heap of shit in series 2 though. I must say that, again, I was on the verge of giving up but the last few episodes of series 3 really kicked things up a notch.

Still haven't started watching Breaking Bad 5 yet and I've had it for months.

Finally watched the end of The Thick of It. Quite enjoyed the Leveson spoof in the second last episode, but something about the conclusion felt a bit all done before.

Stewart Pearson was probably the best new(-ish) character - found him very funny and even relatively true to life. Fergus, Adam and Ben Swain also pretty funny. Loved it in the final episode when the enforcer from the Home Office greets him with "Hello Stewart - chakras balanced?" ...

Quality programme, but I'm glad they're calling it off now.

So ... is "Veep" worth watching?

didnt get past the first episode of Veep.. i like JLD too, just thought it wasnt as funny as it could have been..

All his Wire cool is being burnt away in Board walk Empire. He's a loser in BE and if it wasn't for Omar his character in BE would fall flat.

Veep got better and better. It's a solid show, but it's not as sharp as TTOI imo.
