Couple of years ago I guess. When the episode aired. It's a great show though. The way it's portraying the downfall of all the main characters is very unusual. I'm not surprised it has stayed with me.

It is very opera-esque in what happens to all the main characters, yes.

i thought it was a terrible way to end that show.. and I dont mean terrible writing, but in terms more of what happened to everyone else.. it was quite apropos thought, as he was all about saving his own ass throughout the show

Seeing him reduced to that was amazing though, it almost felt like he'd have been better off dead.

And throughout the show he always, in his own way, put Corrine and the kids first.

What about that potential mass murderer psycho kid? It was somewhat unsatisfactory that they couldn't tie that one up with the series. It's almost like the writers gave themselves an option for an additional season or even a full length movie.

Three episodes in at the minute, the first series really surprised me in how good it was so hoping this one does the same.

I thought the end of season 2 was slightly harder-hitting, but Breaking Bad is definitely one of the best series out there, all it lacks is a strong command of its themes.

Just started watching Breaking Bad, after reading good things here, with the missus. This is off the back of The Shield mind, so expectations are sky high! About 7 episodes into season 1 - Like what we have seen so far.

Well yeah, I can see that. The moment when all the foreshadowing made sense. Amazing stuff.

Not to mention the death scene (you probably know the one I'm referring to) and that conversation in the bar. Chilling stuff.

The moral of Breaking Bad is: Walt is an absolute piece of shit.

From where I am seeing things, beginning of season 2, Walt is a guy who knows his life will take a major turn in the wrong direction in the not so distant future and is looking to make sure his family is set financially for the foreseeable future. The cooking may be debatable, but a piece of shit?

new season of breaking bad coming up soon. pumped for that

and yes the last few episodes of season 3 are actually intense. the whole season is fabulous but the ending is dead serious intense.
