As much as I would love to get Mahrez, this isn't happening. Don't think a winger has ever been on the cards... Wenger has too many project/crocks that need to be given minutes. Walcott, Ox, Ramsey, Jack, Iwobi will all be used on the right wing. No room for an actual proper winger.
