Good on 'em.
Every tom dick and Abdul are making signings apart from us!
This is not fair!

I really like Gabigol. I've watched him properly in only these goalless Olympic games, but he has had a nice combination of skill and power, and very mobile. I'd be happy with Wenger taking a gamble on someone like that as it looks less and less likely that we are going to buy a readymade forward.

Cringed hard at reading "the United way"
Anyone else think Pogba's going to be underwhelming for Man Utd?
not sure if trollin, or just missed the last 3 pages.....
Wilfred Bony "linked" by Daily Star. Hmmmm. Don't really think he's any better than Giroud.
edit - oops wrong thread sorry
leceister bid 23m for barbosa. he now has offers from juve, inter, and them
not sure if i should be annoyed that we're nowhere to be seen
Not sure exactly why we should be?
Its clear those "offers" are agent talk mostly or he would have taken 'em already. Besides, guys who follow Brazilian football think he's nowhere near ready for a top european club.
I would catch and release. Send him to Porto for a year
Looks like Hart days are numbered. City is signing Bravo with Alves moving to Barca to replace him.
Wonder who will take on Hart? Liverpool?
Hart is complete fucking shite. Bravo can play a bit, handy with the ball at his feet. Should be a good addition but he might struggle in England, he's a bit of a midget in fairness.
I'm surprised nobody has gone for Patricio
This is the only thread with legs.
Benteke to palace for 27m plus add ons. Somewhat annoying that they're recouping that much for him.
Yeah, Palace are idiots with more money than sense it seems. They probably told Everton not to bother to send it to London.
Don't see the problem, he will be worth it for Palace. Like us, they've lacked a good striker for a good while.
Losing Bolasie however takes them back a bit, but think they bought Towsend so they'll be a match for any team as always.

I think his goal record is still very good. Like bony his link up isn't very good but in a small team playing on the break he's great.

Don't like Townsend he's a proper Newcastle player. Technically good but can't play any decent combination football.
Newcastle stop up on these and churn out wonder solo goals and shit performances.
The problem is Palace are spending 30m on a striker that they most likely could've gotten for less. 30m might not be much in England but it certainly is in Europe and elsewhere, they could've gotten a couple of Michus and Gimenezes, a Krychowiak or a Kanté and still would've had the 20m that Liverpool would probably have been happy with already
