Claud, in the summer that United signed Ferdinand they didn't spend much on anyone else. They've already signed Mkhitaryan and Bailly for over 50m. Never mind that Ibrahmovic is on astronomical wages. This is on top of the 300m they've spent over the past few seasons.
Furthermore, the table you picked up is related to United who - to their credit - spend within their means thanks to their profile and commercial deals.
The clubs that have inflated the market over the past 10 have been PSG, City, Chelsea and Madrid. I suggest you prepare a similar analysis for those before jumping to conclusions.
