Yea theres not to many footbal contract specialists. Even with the specialists involved it doesn't really seem like anyone really understands fifa rules. Like how long did it take any specialists to comment on the Suarez case.
Another example,
Training fees for youngsters breach US child labour laws. So In theory an EU youth player could go to new York for cheaper than an EU club. But if he then returned to the EU. What would the training fee be and would his new EU club have to pay it if he's over 25? Even when you ask the specialists they don't know. Nobody does.

So would clubs. She may have to hire a shite agent. You can give let say a Spanish agent a mandate to act on your behalf so he can use his contacts to try get clubs to take his call and offer the player to spanish clubs. But most agents who work on mandates have hardly any players there just chancing their arm. And you'd still have to pay him. You may aswell just get an agent yourself. Because the guy who works with you for years will actually have a career plan and know you abilities inside out and how to sell you.
At the end of the day any contract is up to the player so he could still talk to his mam relating to his career.
Then again, you know, there is just a slight possibility his mom isn't an absolute gobshite and knows what she is doing. Why waste an ectra 10% of your wage just so you could have someone hire prozzies for you?
She could have great natural ability but as an inexperienced agent she'll fall into trouble. Clubs have dedicated full time negotiatiators that do this for a living. There always going to be 2-3 steps ahead.
A good agent will have a host of players so club try desperately to keep them onside for future deals. His mam doesn't have that chip.
Maybe he just isn't all that fussed about what an agent can offer him.
Still, it's a bad idea to involve parents in business. No matter what, they are blinded by their proximity.
