hes definitely interesting.
here is the big problem for the next manager of arsenal. you're not coming in to manage a middling team, you are coming in to manage one of the biggest teams in europe. roma is obviously a big side in italy, but i think it would be a stretch to say they are on the same european/world level as arsenal. you need to not only manage the expectations, but you have to manage the other pressures that go with managing in the premier league. van gaal has won everything as a manager, but he looked like a bumbling jackass at times last season, saying bizarre things in the media that the press jumped on. that isnt to say garcia couldnt handle himself. but its not like managing in italy.
the one big benefit is that if the new manager takes a season to get adjusted, he wont be sacked, because we dont operate like that. all of that said, id rather see ancelotti, because hes done the business in europe and hes a class act.
