and i'm positive he wouldn't. they wouldn't even recognize him as a former player to even try and guess what style of football he would play. i'm not sure simeone could get ozil to sign either, but that's more because they probably wouldn't mesh personality and style wise. sanchez definitely though. whoever is the manager needs to be able to convince the class players that suit his style and temperament to join. not every class player, just those he wants.
the best thing bould can do if he wants to manage arsenal is to go and manage an actual professional club so that his personality as a manager can be on display. his youth coaching career is irrelevant because at the senior level the club doesn't dictate what style the manager plays, but at the youth level he was told how the team should play and he had to follow that.
