Not sure about that, Conte arguably outdid Allegri domestically and I'd also rate him higher than the latter generally but it's worth noting that Allegri has consistently outperformed him in Europe.
Allegri isn't 1st or 2nd on my list but I'd definitely have him here, he's a bit like Rodgers in that he's considered bit of a clown but is generally an able manager. Not a comparison to the latter btw, I'd stop following the club if we appointed that clown.
