Ok, I'm 6 episodes in (out of 10) for The Handmaid's Tale. It's fantastic TV. The costumes, colourings, settings, everything evokes a dystopian world brilliantly. The flashbacks show how the USA got to be governed by the new regime of Gilead - basically a throwback to an Old Testament driven totalitariam regime driven by the need to populate in a world where fertility is almost non-existent.
The cast is wonderful and the drama is creepy but real.
The only thing that is slightly off putting was finding out that Elisabeth Moss is a Scientologist, and she's playing a character trying to adjust in a world dominated by a religious cult.
