Walking Dead would by favourite of those though it is a bit up and down. Prison Break is rubbish, SOA is decent for the first few seasons, could be good train fodder but it goes off a cliff quality wise after a few seasons. I've found Preacher very dull. I kind of like Man in the High Castle but its slow and uneven. Haven't watched Vikings or Black Sails.
I'd go for the Walking Dead or Sons of Anarchy. Walking Dead is easily the best show on the list overall but don't expect Breaking Bad, The Wire, etc
