I've watched that one a couple of times today (perhaps should be in the film thread, by the way).
Overall the trailer's a bit disappointing, the colour is the biggest issue for me, it's not as vibrant as it could be. It does look huge and spectacular, and there are many traces of attention and fidelity to the source material. The sandworms look suitably vast.
Paul Atreides is a bit difficult to cast, Timothée Chalamet is probably not a bad choice as he's meant to be a boy at the outset of the story.
It's a bit hard to get over-excited about a Villeneuve treatment of DUNE but I'll see it with enthusiasm anyway. Just wish there was a little more imagination and articulate thinking about the real world material DUNE draws on on display here.
