@[deleted] I'm personally not sure about the look of The Witcher, but that might be because it's based on the books rather than the games and I've only played the games. Many others seem to have a lot of faith in it. His Dark Materials has already aired two episodes. I don't know if it has many viewers, but I'm really interested to see where they go from here. Again, I haven't read the books for this either, and haven't watched the movie that came out some years ago.
I think it's too early to tell which of them will be good. The Game of Thrones prequel gives Sapochnik a bigger role, and he made pretty much all the best episodes of the show. On the other hand the writer of the prequel wrote Rampage and Hercules, so who knows really. The best thing Game of Thrones left us with is that many content creators are keen on making fantasy television though. Some will be bad, some will be good, but I'll definitely be there for both Lord of the Rings, Wheel of Time and The Witcher.
