I dont want to sound like an old man here, but i personally feel that people who are a tad older (and i dont mean 50's or 60's, but 30's+) "might" get more out of it than some younger folks. A lot of the stuff that happens tends to lend itself to people who are slightly older and have experienced any/some/all of the situations that occur and the feelings behind them. It's an extreme generalization on my part though, but knowing myself from my 20's compared to where I am now, I think it wouldn't have had the same impact on me when i was in my 20's.
