It's awesome, only have one complaint about it really:
Nasir Khan's transformation is ridiculously quick. I just don't buy it. (Unless, as it's been hinted to, he never was that innocent boy we met in the pilot)

We don't really know anything about him pre-pilot, not until recently anyway. Now we get little pieces of a potentially violent past. For instance he sent 2 guys to hospital in high school. He sold drugs to class mates. He's definitely not the nice, quiet, shy good Muslim boy he appeared in the first episode.
The missus and I have really been enjoying Episodes. Very funny. I like Matt Le Blanc taking the piss out of himself. I think the best character though is Carol, played by Kathleen Rose Perkins. She just nails the TV exec role. Her conversations with Tamsin Grieg's character are some of the highlights.
Did anyone here see The Night Manager? Not hooked after the first episode, so hoping it gets better.
I watched the first 2 a couple of weeks ago and haven't gone back to it yet.
In a post-Pirate Bay, kickass and torrentz world, what's the best torrent site nowadays?
There still is kickass as far as I'm aware.
Its at .cd now AFAIK
Pirate Bay isn't down either is it?
Piratebay still lives brother.
Yeah all these places just end up changing their domain and pop up again.

Cheers, relied on kickass for a couple of years now until it disappeared for me a month ago.

My internet provider blocks it. I know there are probably ways around it but I can't be bothered when there are easier alternatives out there.
Narcos Season 2 coming up right quick - should be good.

Just watched the first episode, the tension was through the roof at times.
Also glad to see J.D Williams back on a happening show, always thought he would be the one to take off after The Wire. Great actor. And even at 38 he could be convincingly cast as a teenager.

Yeah, JDW was great on The Wire. He is 38!? Wow! Had no idea. He sure can play a younger dude convincingly! Well if you are a Wire fan like me, then there are more surprises for you... ;D
He was great on Oz too.

There was even a little Sopranos easter egg in there with Janice and Benny sharing a scene together. Good stuff.

Oh for sure. You can see a lot of that show in The Night Of. Clearly a major inspiration.
You know Turturos part was supposed to be for Gandolfini?
Yep. And while I'm as big a Gandolfini fan as they come I think Turturro is great in the role. It would be a real treat to have a scene with Gandolfini and Michael K. Williams though. That would be the television version of the dinner scene in Heat.
Haha yeah that would have been cool. Although Turturro hasn't had a scene with him yet so it may not have happened anyway. Agree Turturro is great in the role, makes me sad whenever I see Gandolfinis name pop up as a producer at the start though.
