๐ Such absolute tripe. Had we had another Vieira we could have played Mark Randall in there and bossed shit up. It's the fact that Diaby was never close to that sort of talent himself that made it frustrating to watch while he was spreading knee-high bullet passes around him.
The player who symbolised the last decade for Arsenal was van Persie. Injured and underperforming for eight years, had 18 months of stellar performances and then stabbed us in the back and left us with nothing for all that hard work. What should have been a mighty explosion materialised as a wet fart.
Diaby is a symbol for two things only: our ridiculous injuries, and Wenger's inability to let go of players because they're decent blokes in their private life.
