You overestimate his pull Jazz. Maybe for the likes of Lacazette (good, but not great and older players). Few quality players 23 - 25 years and younger are dreaming of playing for Arsene/Arsenal. They don't know what the club is about, and they've seen what the coach is about, 4th place and now, Europa... They didn't grow up in our glory years. They grew up in Chelsea's, Barcelona's. They are new generation players, for new generation managers - Klopp, Pochettino, Zidane, et al.
