Fabinho's definitely a Jorge Mendes client. 100%. It is bizarre that he hasn't moved yet. Maybe I've misjudged him but I thought he was the best centre midfielder I saw in the knockouts of the Champions League last season - I'm surprised the really big boys aren't knocking on his door.
I struggle to believe that Wenger, one, doesn't rate him and, two, that he doesn't view his £42m release clause as very good value in this market. Either it's a Mendes/wage related problem or, as you say, he doesn't feel the need to spend a significant amount on an area where he has Xhaka and Ramsey.
