It probably makes sense for Ramsey on an emotional level to go there. Even more so if he thinks they are rebuilding for another era of success and he's got a chance to lock down a midfield spot for them for the next decade.
It's just The Sun so maybe we shouldn't give this too much credence, but I've had a feeling all summer that they would be in for him, especially if Mourinho took over.
