Shouldn't his contract expire soon, given that he only wanted to sign short term contracts so that he can get a pay raise every so often?
Players Out
Off the top of my head im gonna go ahead and say that he has 2 years left.
He already has made it. He's on a great contract at one of the biggest clubs in the country. He's got about £20 million left to pick up in wages over the next three years; all he has to do is show up. If he retires at 30 he can live the rest of his life in luxury.
As long as we don't sign a replacement we might as well keep him. He's always been overrated on here but he's better than he showed last season. He should start 16/17 with fresh legs too after having the summer off which might be worth something. One key point about Wenger to keep in mind is that he has never in his entire life built a team that doesn't expose struggling players terribly. Whoever tears a ligament or does an ankle is in for a rough ride. They will not only be picked week in and out after they've recovered; they'll be played out of position in unclear roles where their weaknesses are enhanced.
Theo has 3 years left. He signed a new 4 year deal last year that replaced his existing one.

4 year deal signed in 2015.
He's here until 2019 minimum.
Where's that Theo gif?
We need to talk about Sanchez.
We have allegedly turned down an initial offer of 25m pounds from Juventus.

Makes you wonder - is it a shot in the dark by Juve? Or were they prompted by Sanchez? And if the latter, is he testing the waters, increasing bargaining power, or made up his mind to leave.
I want to punch Theo. In the face.
Alexis has agreed the new deal in principle. He's not leaving. Maybe just wants a few pounds more, if he was serious about leaving, Juventus would put in a serious offer. Non-story.
You should never put in a serious offer initially. There's a science to making offers. I'm not convinced that there's smoke without fire here. Juventus are a wily club. They wouldn't just wake up and say 'let's bid on this wee fella'.
Juventus cant pay him £200k p/w. We are reportedly offering him £180k p/w with a new contract and i bet they just want more.
No point bitching and moaning about Theo, if Wenger didn't want him he'd be gone. Its Wenger who never moves players on, he's the one who deserves your scorn.

If they want Sanchez, and he wants to leave, all they have to do is give us Dybala in exchange and we'll call it a day.
Looks like Ospina's staying and Woj is finalising making Roma permanent.
Would be good news all round, really.
I think Szczesny was finished the moment we signed Cech, he was never going to play second fiddle.
I always liked him despite the amount of mistakes and stupid decisions he makes every season.
Think there's a chance that when Cech retires he might come good and return, although the impending emergence of Virginia could potentially impede that.
Bordeaux open talks for Debuchy - good lads
Addition by subtraction. Maybe Bordeaux also need a right winger. We have a plethora of options we can package with Debuchy

Let's hope we at least get a couple million.
