Depends on what money is being offered, he's a good player but a lot of his flaws showed up in the second half of the season. Some of that might be down to him still adjusting though.

He’s a kid who suddenly doubled his game time. Put him through a proper conditioning program and have him regularly playing in a midfield where he doesn’t have to cover two sunbathers, and he’d be fine. Imagine if it was him and Ndombele in there. [insert Jack Nicholson grinning and nodding]

Yeah 35m is a joke, if the club take it then we can all pack it up and fuck off. Also the talk of his flaws is a joke too, a 22 year old in his first season in England struggles after playing more games in February than he ever did in a full season and suddenly he's flawed.

Yeah, I thought it was pretty evident his 'flaws' were simply down to fatigue. Ramsey looks utterly clownshoes when he's not running at 100%, these guys rely on their conditioning being near perfect.

😆 Yeah, when your midfield isn't really great to begin with, selling your only good player you have there to solve other problems isn't the solution. Why don't we sell Leno as well since we're good on the goalkeeper front.

The idea that we are going to sell the likes of Torreira because of his slight flaws and use the money to get some perfect fit is video game bullshit. Maybe Torreira makes it here maybe he doesn't but he had good spells this season and deserves at least another season to see if he can find more consistency. He's 22 and in a new league and as people noted has played more games than ever before. Its a transition, we have to back our decision to sign him in the first place.
