Seems like a trend with us. Accepting less than what was previously offered for players. Thought this would go with Gazidis. Maybe it’s something in the tea

I keep seeing people say stuff like this, and about how Ospina is a £10m goalkeeper, but if he was, where are all the other offers for him? Why did Napoli go out of their way to avoid activating the clause in the loan deal to secure the permanent transfer for just 4m and risk losing out to other clubs?

Maybe nobody really fancies paying much for a below average backup goalkeeper.

thank you. this idea that the players we're desperate to get rid of (and we're not that good to begin with) have great value is laughable.

We pay these fringe players too much and then we struggle to get rid of them. If he was on a more reasonable salary he would probably be gone by now. Instead Napoli will only pay him what he wants if we reduce our asking price. It will take a while to get all these players off these stupid contracts and start getting proper money in for the players we sell.

There's got be a Premier League club that would pay £20m. I'd have him here over Musafi; although that is not a ringing endorsement of Chambers' quality. Even if he did win Fulham's PotS. He couldn't get into their defence, and centreback is the only position he ever had a chance of playing for Arsenal.
