There are definitely strikers who are far more complete than Giroud, with pace, a better first touch, the ability to beat a man, create space, then shoot without relying on a supporting act.
The only thing that really matters, though, is that the players on the pitch create and convert chances, and that the defence doesn't concede.
It's more important and cost effective to get Welbeck, Walcott or another pace merchant to fitness and sharpness than it is to try to find an Übermensch. If Welbeck or Walcott were at maximum we'd have created two or three real chances in the second half yesterday.
