Coutinho aside, I think they're all pretty close in terms of impact. Not sure why Hazard's not there, think he has been the best in the league this season. Ozil's had it slightly easier in that maybe it's easier to perform well for half the season, whereas the others have played a lot more. (edit: what Quincy says)
When Fabregas got most of his 16 league assists in the first few months I think it was natural for people to get a little anxious about Ozil. But he has put the hours in, got his fitness up, looks stronger and now he's less reliant on others to have a big influence. Before the talk was about Ozil needing pace to work with. Sanchez is a good outlet but Ozil has a lot more energy compared to before. Looked a bit laboured before but now he's skipping past a defender quite easily.
Not that anyone should be bothered but the media will get on side if he/Arsenal keep winning more big games. Ozil's put in good performances recently at Monaco, Man Utd and Liverpool. Hazard is judged the best because he has often done something memorable in big games this season.
